Delphic "Acolyte"

How much money can a company legally require to allow coverage holder out of his insurance?
Exactly how much does your agency cost when somebody chooses to cancel and how much pressure do you use to hold them?
What are some ideas something like that we can say if our customer has several months left on his current auto coverage? Certainly, we are not going to wait until his renewal comes due each time.
